The Indian Cricket team is currently playing against the BlackCaps in a full-fledged overseas tour in New Zealand. The series has begun on a positive note for the Virat Kohli-led side after their successive wins in the first two T20Is in the series.
The team has looked flawless ever since they have landed in New Zealand. Team India was impeccable in the first T20I after a brilliant run-chase saw them claim a six-wicket win at Eden Park. It was courtsey a whirlwind knock by Shreyas Iyer that enabled tourists to kickstart their tour with a victory in the first T20I.
Iyer showed maturity and rose to the occasion to finish the game after all the big guns were back in the pavilion. The Mumbai batsman even continued his form in the 2nd T20I and played an equally crucial role alongside KL Rahul to see his side home for a second consecutive win in the series.
