BAN vs AUS | Series Preview
Bangladesh will host Australia for a five-match T20I series in the first week of August. The bilateral series will be the first of its kind between these two countries. Both the teams have faced each other four times in T20Is across four editions of the T20 World Cups since 2007. With such a minimal history in the shortest format of the game, fans will be waiting in anticipation to see Bangladesh vs Australia 2021 T20I series go live from August 3.
The tourists have landed in Bangladesh as they continue to miss the services of their key players including the likes of Steve Smith, Glenn Maxwell, Pat Cummins, David Warner. Aaron Finch, who was ruled out of the ODIs against West Indies, is also unavailable due to his knee injury. While Australia are yet to announce their skipper, Matthew Wade could be handed the captaincy duties for the upcoming five T20Is against Bangladesh.
