How to watch India vs West Indies 2023 | Live streaming channels and TV

You can watch India vs West Indies 2023, from July 12, on a number of channels across the globe.

India and West Indies will renew their rivalry in Test cricket starting from July 12 in the first of the two-match Test series. This will also start their respective campaigns in the third edition of the World Test Championship (WTC) cycle that will go on till 2025.

India have played two WTC Finals before and will be looking to do well in the third consecutive cycle as well. They lost to New Zealand in the inaugural WTC Final while Australia got the better of them last month in the United Kingdon in the title clash. Rohit Sharma and his men will be keen on starting their campaign with a win in the new cycle.

West Indies, on the other hand, will be feeling gutted having missed out on the ODI World Cup Qualification. They have a point to prove in terms of showing the world they belong to this level in the format where they have struggled over the last decade.

However, at home, they have improved their record significantly beating England twice and drawing series against Sri Lanka and Pakistan. This time around, they have the challenge to go past a formidable Indian side in the longest format of the sport.

As far as the last two WTC cycles are concerned, West Indies couldn’t perform to the expectations and missed out on the qualification for the final. In the first edition, they finished in the sixth position with only three wins in 11 matches. In WTC 2021-23, which concluded only recently, the Caribbeans fared even worse, winning only four matches out of 13 they played during the two-year period.

After the Test series, the two teams will be in action in the three-match One-Day International series as well. The Test series will conclude on July 24 in Trinidad. The ODI series between the two sides will start on July 27 at the Kensington Oval in Barbados.

The same venue will be hosting the second ODI on July 29 while the action will shift to Brian Lara Stadium, Tarouba, Trinidad for the third and final ODI of the series on August 1. The ODI series is extremely crucial from the Indian perspective given the World Cup is set to be played back home from October 5 to November, and the series will give them time for final preparations.

West Indies, on the other hand, have failed to qualify for the World Cup for the very first time in history and will have a point to prove and start things afresh in the format. After the ODI series, India and West Indies will be locking horns against each other in the five-match T20I series.

The tussle in the shortest format will commence on August 3 at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad. The second and third T20 International will take place at the Providence Stadium in Guyana on August 6 and 8 respectively. The last leg of India’s tour of the West Indies will be played at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground, Lauderhill, Florida.

The last two T20Is of the five-match series will be played in Florida venue on August 12 and 13, respectively.

The T20I series doesn’t hold much significance given the fact that the World Cup in the format is still a fair way away. Hardik Pandya is leading India’s depleted but young squad in the series. West Indies are yet to announce their ODI and T20I squad for the white-ball games.
