Afghanistan lost to Bangladesh in their first match of this World Cup by six wickets. Batting first, they suffered a big collapse and were bowled out for just 156. On Wednesday, they lost to India by eight wickets at Delhi.
Afghanistan posted their highest total in World Cup history while batting first, with 272 runs on the back of Hashmatullah Shahidi's 80 and Azmatullah Omarzai's 62. But it wasn't enough as Rohit Sharma hammered their bowlers for 131 off 84.
