The tournament kicks off with a bang. On June 1, at the Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium in Dallas, the USA faces off against Canada. Right after that, on June 2, the West Indies start their campaign against Papua New Guinea at the Guyana National Stadium.

The 2024 T20 World Cup will also mark a special moment for cricket. Uganda, making their tournament debut, will face Afghanistan in Guyana on June 3. After the group stage, the top two teams from each group will advance to the Super Eights stage. These matches are scheduled to be played in popular Caribbean tourist destinations like Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
