With the first warm-up game against England washed out by rain, fans are eagerly anticipating the second clash against the Netherlands. On a sunny Sunday in Thiruvananthapuram, fans thronged the airport to glimpse their cricketing heroes. The coaching staff, led by Rahul Dravid and captain Rohit Sharma, along with their teammates, were greeted warmly as they stepped off the plane and into the team bus.

But conspicuously absent was Virat Kohli, giving rise to a flurry of speculations about his availability for the upcoming fixture.

According to reports in Sportstar, Kohli did not travel with the team to Thiruvananthapuram. However, it's not all doom and gloom for the Kohli fans. He will make a late arrival and is expected to be in the mix for the warm-up game.
