One of the greatest women's cricketers ever, the poster girl, Ellyse Perry now owns the record for the best women's T20 bowling figures. The Aussie all-rounder put in a big match-winning performance against Mumbai Indians in the ongoing WPL, where she picked 6 for 15 in her four overs. The right arm pacer made the most of a weary pitch and claimed multiple scalps with a back of a length delivery pitching outside off and seaming back in. Perry ran through the MI Women batting unit to bowl them out for just 114. She then made unbeaten 40 with the bat to help RCB Women get over the line.

Amy Satterthwaite (6-17)

New Zealand's Amy Satterthwaite has the best Women's T20 bowling figures from a full member player in international cricket. She has kept this record since August 2007, when she had taken 6 for 17 versus England Women at Taunton. NZ women were defending 150 after losing the first two games of the series. The off-break all-rounder was the star of the show as the visitors bowled out England for 112.

Megan Schutt (6-19)

On 20 November 2022, Megan Schutt registered the best Women's T20 bowling figures in the WBBL. Schutt bagged 6 for 19 in 3.3 overs against Sydney Thunder at North Sydney Oval in the final group fixture of the season. Defending 144, Schutt removed Phoebe Litchfield in her first over and later picked three scalps in the 16th over. She took two more in the final over to clinch the victory for Adelaide Strikers.

Diandra Dottin (5-5)

Deandra Dottin produced an excellent bowling performance against Bangladesh Women in the ICC Women's World T20 2018. On a difficult pitch at Providence Stadium in Guyana, West Indies women could only manage 106/8 while batting first. Dottin then bowled a superb spell, where she conceded just 5 runs in 3.4 overs and picked five wickets. They skittled out Bangladesh for only 46 to clinch the game by 60 runs.

Fi Morris (5-7)

The 30-yr old England off-break bowler Fi Morris shined for Manchester Originals in their clash against Birmingham Phoenix in the Women's Hundred 2023. She picked 5 for 7 in 16 balls as they bowled out the opponents for just 87. These remain the best women's T20 bowling figures in the Women's Hundred competition.

Sune Luus (5-8)

South Africa all-rounder Sune Luus was excellent with the ball in their match against Ireland Women during the Women's World T20 2016. The leg-break bowler gave away just eight runs in four overs and picked a 5-wicket haul. Luus’ bowling performance helped SA Women restrict the opponents to 89 and win the game by 67 runs.

Amanda Wellington (5-8)

Amanda Jade Wellington has two entries on this list of the best women's T20 bowling figures from full members and they are pretty identical. The first one is her 5 for 8 against Brisbane Heat in the eliminator of the WBBL 2021. The leg-spinner ripped apart the opponent's batting unit, picking five of the top six batters. Wellington also bowled a maiden over as they restricted Brisbane to 114 and won the match by eight wickets.

Amanda Wellington (5-8)

Exact 11 months after her heroics in the WBBL 2021, Amanda Wellington delivered yet another 5-wicket haul for Adelaide Strikers at their home venue. She conceded eight runs in 3.5 overs while picking five wickets to dismantle Melbourne Renegades for 101. Strikers went on to win the match by eight wickets.

Nahida Akter (5-8)

The 24-year old left arm orthodox spinner Nahida Akter recorded the best women's T20 bowling figures by a Bangladesh player in October last year. In the first T20I of Pakistan's tour of Bangladesh, Nahida bowled an excellent spell of 5 for 8 in 3.4 overs. Her performance helped the hosts bowl out Pakistan for just 82 and clinch the game by five wickets.

Anisa Mohammed (5-10)

Anisa Mohammed was the star for West Indies in the second T20I of their 2009 tour of South Africa. Their batters couldn't do much on a helpful Cape Town pitch, posting only 114/9 in 20 overs. They needed an inspiring performance as South Africa were 75/1 in 12 overs when she was handed the ball. The off-break bowler put on a terrific show, picking 5 for 10 in four overs. West Indies Women picked 10 wickets for just 28 runs to clinch the game out of nowhere.
